400kW fully automatic medium frequency induction heating furnace

Fully automatic graphite spray warm forging induction heating equipment consists of two independent intermediate frequency power supplies, two sets of intermediate frequency compensation capacitors, material frame turning mechanism, automatic slab (step type) feeding mechanism, continuous conveying material mechanism, horizontal opposite feeding Mechanism, preheating induction furnace, heating induction furnace, graphite spraying tank and its pumping station, electrical control and operating system, temperature measuring system and sorting system. 
The graphite spraying tank is located between the preheating induction furnace and the heating induction furnace. The pre-heated round steel and the bar material are subjected to on-line graphite spraying, and the sprayed round steel and the bar material are then heated into the heating induction furnace. Graphite spraying can protect round steel and bar material in the cold state of round steel and bar, anti-oxidation and anti-decarburization. In the extrusion process, graphite also plays the role of lubricating and protecting the mold.
